What you will do
As a Regional Manager you will thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment leading your sales team to achieve their highest potential while meeting their sales goals. Working closely with your Sales Representatives you will strategically plan and direct selling activities to drive their success. You will be instrumental in hiring training and developing top-tier talent ensuring they are equipped to excel. Partnering with the Director of Sales you will develop and execute strategies to maximize regional sales opportunities and consistently exceed sales this role you will remain deeply committed to Strykers mission finding purpose in our innovative products and their transformative impact on healthcare.
