Purchasing Intern
We are looking for a motivatedInternto join ourPurchasingteam. This role offershands onexposure topurchasingand supply chain operations and is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to build a foundation in procurementlogistics andcross functionalcollaboration.
What You Will Do
As a Purchasing Intern you will supportday-to-daysupply chain andlogisticsactivities including but not limited to:
- Assistingwithmaterial procurementand supplier coordination
- Supportinginventory tracking and controlactivities
- Helping withpurchaseplanningandmaterial availability checks
- Collaborating with internal teams such asOperationsSourcing and Logisticsto ensure smooth material flow
- Assistinginmaintainingand trackingkey performance metrics (KPIs)related topurchasingand Vendor delivery performance (OTIF)
- Supportingcontinuous improvement initiativesfocused onoptimizingmaterial movement and process efficiency
- Helping communicatecustomer needs and requirementsacross the organization to ensure alignment

- How integrated processes work across internal functions and external suppliers
- Practical experience withstandard procedures systems and reporting
- How performance is measured and improved in a supply chain environment
WhatWeAreLookingFor
Minimum academic requirements: students in their final year of Bachelors degree (Supply Chain Logistics Business Engineering or a related field)
Commitment to a 6-month flexible program minimum 20 hours/week
Language requirement: fluent in English
Must be eligible to work legally in Poland
Basic analytical skills and ability to makesimplewell reasonedjudgmentsin straightforward situations
Good communicationskills and a collaborative mindset
ProficiencyinMS Excel and basic office toolsis an advantage
No prior work experiencerequired trainingwill be provided
