Job Summary
Reports to work as scheduled on a regular and reliable District approved curriculum lesson plans and instructional material and provides individualized and small group instruction toadapt the curriculum to the needs of each pupil a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interestsof the lesson plans into developmentally appropriate learning experiences the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals clear objectives for all lessons units projects etc. and communicates these objectives all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students equipment materials and students in establishing and maintaining standards of behavior to achieve an effective learningatmosphere students academic and social growth keeps appropriate records and prepares progress reportsas appropriate and professionally as a team member within our school accurate complete and correct records as required by law district policy and and develops subject specific assessments for the purpose of assessing student students for the purpose of improving their success in incidents for the purpose of maintaining personal safety of to emergency situations for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns and /or directingto appropriate personnel for duties as assigned.
