Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist LCSW LMFT LPC or LPCC)
Compensation: $80000 - $90000/year based on 30 clinical sessions per week
Employment Type: Independent Contractor with full or part-time hours
Schedule: Office hours: Monday-Friday 8am-7pm; flexibility to schedule minumum of 20 hours of availability within those time frames; 1-2 days of evening hours needed
Location: This is a hybrid (greater than 50% in-person) role based out of Atlanta (Buckhead) GA
Role Summary
The hybrid Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals couples and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload delivering evidence-based care and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual family and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
- Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
- Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Maintain an active caseload of approximately 2530 clients per week; a minimum of 27 clients per week required
- Participate in clinical consultation supervision or team meetings as required
- Adhere to ethical standards licensing requirements and company policies
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $80000 - $90000 as an IC based on 30 clinical sessions per week
- Billing credentialing scheduling and intake support
- Flexible scheduling: Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-7pm; flexibility to schedule minumum of 20 hours of availability within those time frames; 1-2 days of evening hours needed; hybrid position with at least greater than 50% on-site required.
Requirements
Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications
- Active unrestricted license as a Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) LCSW LMFT LPC or LPCC in GA
- Masters or doctoral degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
- Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g. CBT DBT EMDR ACT)
- Ability to provide therapy independently
- Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
- Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children adolescents trauma couples etc.
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
