Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist LCSW LMFT LPC or LPCC)

Compensation: $60.00 per clinical session
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Office hours: Monday-Friday 8am-7pm; flexibility to schedule 35 hours of availability within those time frames
Location: This is an in person role based out of Atlanta(Buckhead) GA

Role Summary

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals couples and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload delivering evidence-based care and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Licensed Therapist Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual family and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintain an active caseload of approximately 2530 clients per week; a minimum of 27 clients per week required
• Participate in clinical consultation supervision or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards licensing requirements and company policies

• Compensation: $60.00 per clinical session
• Billing credentialing scheduling and intake support
• Flexible scheduling: Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-7pm; flexibility to schedule 35 hours of availability within those time frames

Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications

• Active unrestricted license as a Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) LCSW LMFT LPC or LPCC in GA
• Masters or doctoral degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g. CBT DBT EMDR ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children adolescents trauma couples etc.
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
