Job Purpose
We are looking for an HR Journalist who can document curate and communicate people stories HR initiatives and organizational culture through impactful content. The role also supports core HR compliance documentation and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content on HR policies employee stories culture and leadership initiatives
Cover internal events plant activities CSR programs and workforce milestones
Draft articles newsletters interviews blogs and internal announcements
Coordinate with HR and Management to capture on-ground stories and narratives
Support employer branding through content for internal portals LinkedIn and company communications
Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation linked to statutory compliance
Support PF and ESIC compliance documentation employee communication and audit readiness
Ensure consistency in tone accuracy of information and alignment with company values
Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate in Journalism Mass Communication HR or a related field
3–6 years of experience in HR communication corporate journalism or HR operations
Working knowledge of PF and ESIC processes filings and employee queries
Strong writing editing and storytelling skills
Understanding of HR processes and manufacturing workforce dynamics
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS and digital platforms is an advantage
Preferred Experience
FMCG or manufacturing industry exposure
Experience handling shop-floor HR communication and statutory coordination
Exposure to employer branding or internal communication initiatives
Ability to work from the plant location and interact with employees at all levels
