Job Summary
A vacancy will arise for a Sgt (People Ops People Specialist) to serve as 611 Sqn Adj at RAF Woodvale on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS) with an initial proposed start date of 29 June 2026 (or earlier/later subject to candidate status and position being vacated).
The Squadron Adjutant is responsible for:
- The overall management and administration of the 611 Sqn Admin Office.
- The co-ordination of all regulations concerning pay allowances and personnel matters ensuring they are acted upon and that all Sqn members are informed of any policy changes.
- Completing management checks of all Sqn Admin registers and ensuring that remedial actions identified during Sqn Real Life Support WO checks are carried out in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that all pay items are correctly entered on JPA by completing mandated monthly checks of pay entries.
- Ensuring that correct procedures are adhered to for attestation mobilisation transfer re-muster further service and termination of all Sqn personnel.
- Administer Sqn staff both FTRS and ADC.
- Undertake Line Manager Duties for JNCO HR 611 Sqn Admin Office.
- Acting as unit LSO which includes the management of the Sqn Sharepoint site including issuing of email addresses/passwords & management of Sqn IT assets.
