Pay Rate/Range: $21/hr
Description: Will be the first point of contact for visitors vendors and employees. Greet all visitors and ensure they are signed in properly on the kiosk. Will provide administrative support coordinate tours and events answer and direct phone calls. Distributes daily mail scan completed sales orders into unit folders manage apparel inventory and product sourcing for branding materials. Plan organize and execute large scale events meetings and onsite gatherings. Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: Must be organized professional courteous and have strong multi tasking skills. Must have excellent customer service skills communication skills and be detail oriented. Must be proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) and be willing to learn new systems. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm an occasional evening or weekend may be required for event planning and hosting (3-5 times per year).
