Job Summary
Jaguar Land Rover St. Petersburg is hiring an experienced Warranty Administrator for its busy service department!
This position is responsible for preparing recording and submitting warranty claims to the factory and/or distributor and reconciling them 100% compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
The position reports to the Service Manager and informs them of all areas of non-compliance and status on warranty claims. Maintains 100% compliance with warranty policy and procedures in all areas of influence.

Requirements include:
- Up to one year experience as an automotive dealer warranty administrator preferred
- Automotive mechanical repair knowledge
- General working knowledge of automobiles their systems and how they relate to each other
- Math skills
- Writing skills
- Interpersonal communication skills and customer service skills
- Current drivers license
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma
