Responsibilities
This posiiton is located at Clovis Community Medical Center.
- Lead daily Environmental Services operations ensuring team coverage quality outcomes and timely response to patient and departmental needs.
- Monitor assignments and serve as an on-the-floor resource to maintain quality and support training safety and process improvements.
- Provide hands-on support in cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms restrooms and common areas to reduce infection risk.
- Promote teamwork and support a clean welcoming environment for patients staff and visitors.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate
- 1 year of experience working in an environmental service position
Licenses and Certifications
- One of the following is within 1 year of hire or transfer into position
- CHEST - Certified Health Care Environmental Services Technician by the Association for the Health Care Environment (AHE)
- TCHEST - Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Technician Training Program by the Association for the Health Care Environment (AHE)
- DOT - Department of Transportation for Hazardous Waste Generator preferred
