Office Assistant South Bend IN


This position is being created by our client as a long-term solution designed to prepare for the retirement of a key employee. While training with that current employee our client is looking to add an all-around administrative professional who can help develop and grow the workload appropriately for the future. This is a full-time in-office opportunity working 8:00am4:30pm Monday through Friday with nice benefits available.


Job Duties:

  • Billing
  • Providing product certifications
  • Handling freight-related issues

Its a match for someone who recognizes these functions and brings a background demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team. This role would be ideal for someone seeking a small-office family-owned business environment where they can grow into a long-term key position within the company.


Requirements:

  • Familiarity with MS Access
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
