Job Summary

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in healthcare recruitment for domestic and overseas candidates across hospitals nursing homes home care and community care.

We are urgently seeking a Staff Nurse Ward Based Care for our hospital in Cork Ireland.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient-centred nursing care in line with NMBI standards and hospital policies

Assess plan implement and evaluate individualised nursing care plans

Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with best practice and legislation

Monitor and document patients clinical condition reporting changes promptly to the multidisciplinary team

Maintain accurate timely nursing documentation and records

Collaborate effectively with medical allied health and nursing colleagues

Support and educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge planning

Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control health & safety and clinical governance standards

Participate in quality improvement initiatives audits and ongoing professional development

Requirements

Registered on the live register with NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland)

Minimum of 2 years post-registration nursing experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong teamworking skills with the ability to collaborate effectively

Flexible approach to working hours and clinical demands
