Role Overview

Our client is a global market-leading consumer goods organisation operating across multiple international markets. This is a key hire with strong potential for future opportunities as the programme grows.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 810 years experience in designing architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions. This role will support the clients Cyber and Technology function and will play a critical role in establishing scalable secure and efficient ServiceNow architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design architecture and implementation of ServiceNow platforms and modules
Define technical architecture best practices and governance frameworks
Translate business and cyber/security requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions
Work closely with stakeholders developers and platform owners to ensure successful delivery
Oversee integrations workflows and automation within the ServiceNow ecosystem
Ensure solutions are scalable secure and aligned with enterprise standards
Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams
Support continuous improvement and optimisation of the ServiceNow environment
Produce technical documentation and architecture designs

Required Skills & Experience

810 years experience in ServiceNow design architecture and implementation
Strong hands-on experience across core ServiceNow modules (ITSM ITOM CMDB SecOps or similar)
Proven experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience working in complex enterprise environments
Cyber / security domain experience is desirable but not essential
Financial Services experience is not required
Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to London

Desirable:

ServiceNow certifications
Experience supporting cyber security or risk functions
