Job Summary
Post Preschool Teacher Montessori
Board / Curriculum: Preschool Program based on NEP
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities
- Deliver age-appropriate Montessori-based instruction aligned with NEP guidelines.
- Design and implement engaging hands-on learning activities that support holistic development.
- Foster a safe inclusive and respectful classroom environment that encourages independence and curiosity.
- Monitor and document each childs progress providing regular feedback to parents and staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain curriculum standards and support school-wide initiatives.
- Maintain classroom organization and ensure proper use of Montessori materials and resources.
- Communicate effectively with parents to support their childs development and engagement.
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of experience in preschool or Montessori teaching (preferred).
- MTTC certification required.
- Female candidates only.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate patient demeanour.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a structured educational setting.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools for record-keeping and communication.

How to Apply
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Biology or Life Sciences; Masters degree (.) in Biology is preferred. Valid teaching certification (e.g. . or equivalent) with specialization in Science or Biology. 25 years of proven experience teaching Biology at the secondary level (Classes 910). In-depth knowledge of the CBSE ICSE or state board curriculum including syllabus structure and examination patterns. Strong proficiency in classroom management lesson planning and assessment techniques. Demonstrated ability to use technology in teaching (e.g. LMS platforms interactive whiteboards digital labs). Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills. Passion for teaching student mentorship and continuous professional growth. Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve academic excellence
