Job Overview
We are hiring International Customer Support Executives for a reputed multinational company in Kolkata. The role involves handling voice-based interactions with international customers resolving queries and delivering high-quality customer service while meeting performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls from international customers
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate timely resolutions
Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction on every call
Document customer interactions and update systems accurately
Meet quality productivity and compliance benchmarks
Work collaboratively with internal teams when required
Requirements
Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply
Only 6 to 11 months of experience in BPO / Customer Service (Voice preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
Immediate joiners only (Candidates serving notice period are not eligible)
