Working Hour: Rota-based (early & late shifts weekends sleep-ins)

A qualified Residential Childcare practitioner who brings calm consistency and a therapeutic mindset. Youll support safe routines education engagement positive identity and work within clear behaviour and risk frameworks.

The Oaks (4-bed): more active supporting younger children
The Elms (2-bed): calmer supporting older children towards independence

Driving Requirement (Essential)
Full UK Driving Licence is essential plus business insurance and use of your own car for work.
