As an Acute Care Provider you will manage complex patients using an Elite Scope of Practiceperforming life-saving interventions utilizing advanced diagnostics and preventing unnecessary hospital admissions through Evidence-Based Medicine.

Core Responsibilities
High-Acuity Intervention: Respond to acute needs across Brooklyn performing bedside procedures including Suturing Splinting and Advanced Wound Care.
Diagnostic Leadership: Order and interpret Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) 12-lead EKG and POCUS (Ultrasound).
Emergency Management: Stabilize patients in the home using Peripheral IV Access Phlebotomy and rapid clinical assessment.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Lead virtual huddles with remote physicians and field partners to execute Complex Care Plans.
Clinical Documentation: Maintain precise real-time records in the EHR system to ensure data integrity and Remote Patient Monitoring accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements
Active Licensure: Current unrestricted New York State NP or PA license with Board Certification.
Clinical Experience: 2 years of experience in Emergency Medicine (ER) ICU or Hospitalist settings (4 years preferred).
Certifications: Active DEA registration and current ACLS/BLS.
Mobility: Valid active drivers license and comfort traveling within the Brooklyn area.
Physical Demands: Ability to carry equipment (up to 60 lbs) and navigate walk-up apartments (stairs) frequently.
