Job Skills / Requirements
Summit Building Services is looking for an experienced supervisor to grow with our team. This would be a site supervisor position with an assigned building and team of employees. You may still be required to travel to other accounts as needed.
40 hours weekly: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
Pay Rate: $17.00 hourly
You must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass drug test and background check.
Job Duties Include:
- Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints in a timely manner
- Supervise train motivate and develop team members
- Coverage of janitorial duties in the event of employee absence
- Disciplinary action and/ or termination of employees when necessary
- Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met
- Correct deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary
- Complete work tickets
- Recommendation of special project work when needed
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the companys policies and applicable laws.
- Any other duties as assigned.
