On-Call Direct Support Professional (DSP)

for Young Adult Woman

EXPERIENCE
Some professional or personal experience supporting individuals with special needs. Experience with behaviors is a plus but not required. (ETTA provides paid training.)

THE IDEAL APPLICANT - IS THIS YOU
Seeking staff who would be committed and skilled at guiding client to make progress with her personal growth and independence in life. The ideal applicant is friendly fun-loving and personable with positive energy and enthusiasm. Client enjoys getting out in the community and engaging staff and others in lively conversation. This position requires some minor assistance with basic personal hygiene (but DOES NOT require more personal hands-on care such as showering dressing toileting assistance).

LOCATION
Westside (Brentwood)

SCHEDULES
ON-CALL position.
*Must have fairly open and flexible availability in order to provide as much coverage as possible for any shift that has a need as it arises. Anticipated hours per month is estimated at 20-to-30 (however can be as high as 50 per month or more depending on the on-call needs during any particular month).

START DATE
As soon as possible

HOURLY RATE OF PAY
Starting rate is $24 per hour
