Job description & summary
Are you looking to grow your career in HR IT and deepen your expertise in HR processes and cloud-based HR systems Do you enjoy working with modern HR technologies and supporting organizations in transforming the way they manage their people We are looking for a specialist with experience in SAP SuccessFactors to join our global this role you will collaborate with experienced consultants and solution architects on projects for local and international clients. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to design processes configure and implement SuccessFactors modules and support successful golives.You will leverage your analytical communication and organizational skills daily while expanding your handson experience with HR systems and HR processes.
Requirements of the role
Interest in new technology trends and HRIT solutions.
Knowledge and interest in HR processes HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors Workday Oracle HCM SmartRecruiters. Practical admin or key user experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management Recruiting Onboarding Compensation Talent modules Learning Management SmartRecruiters and/or Data Migration is an advantage
Willingness to implement new IT solutions.
Analytical thinking.
Fluent in Czech and English German is an advantage.
Willingness for ad-hoc international traveling.
Ability to collaborate with clients and communicate technical topics in a businessfriendly way.
University degree.
