The Group Account Director is responsible for:

People Management

• 處理案場事務及負責相關人員的溝通協調

• 負責人員排班人員調度及緊急狀況處理

Procurement & Vendor Management

• 採購之詢價比價與廠商之重要談判與議價評估報告

Contracts Management

• 維繫客戶關係解決客戶問題

• 協助業務開發確保100%合約續約率

• 協助人員處理特殊客訴案件

Finance Management

• 財會相關報表審閱及執行

• 編列年度預算與費用分析

Health & Safety Management

• 確保提供安全的工作環境

• 確保遵守有關消防健康和安全標準的法定法規

Site Operations Management

• 負責營運流程的優化提高效能和工作流程的效率

• 負責日常運營管理客服團隊建設

• 監督日常營運事務確保各項業務活動順利執行

• 建立積極的團隊文化激發成員的工作熱情和創造力

• 與其他部門合作協助推動公司整體發展戰略

• 監管各案場行政管理及整體營運流程之規劃與執行

• 跨部門之溝通協調完成主管交辦事項

• 流程表單之設計與執行

• 編寫專業運營相關報告

• 建立健全各項規章制度優化現有工作流程推動部門管理解決部門日常運營中遇到的相關問題

• 建立檢核及修正標準化之作業流程以提供最有效率的顧客服務

• 公共區域清潔抽查確保環境品質

• 案場環保清潔勤務作業規劃

• 計劃組織指揮管理環保園藝清潔保全機電等庶務

• 擬定案場保養計畫排定及執行

Risk Management

• 確保實施和維護包括審計在內的財產風險管理計劃

• 確保災難復原和業務連續性計劃得到實施和維護
