Location: Paris MO 65275
Schedule & Shift: Variable Day Shifts 12-hour shifts
Weekly Hours: 48 hours
Pay Rate: $26/hour
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality compassionate care in a long-term care setting. This role focuses on supporting residents with daily living needs while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate resident-centered care during day shifts
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including mobility hygiene and meals
Accurately document care provided and promptly report changes in resident condition
Support a safe clean and therapeutic care environment
Collaborate effectively with nursing and clinical staff
Qualifications
Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Missouri
Prior long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and a variable schedule
