Kitchen Sales & Design Consultant

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and follow up on active leads
  
  
• Proactively generate new leads through referrals networking social media and community outreach
  
  
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess client goals style preferences space and budget
  
  
• Guide clients through kitchen layout cabinet countertop backsplash hardware and finish selections
  
  
• Prepare accurate proposals estimates and visual presentations
  
  
• Clearly communicate scope of work timelines pricing and financing options
  
  
• Close sales and secure signed contracts
  
  
• Maintain organized CRM records and client communication
  
  
• Stay engaged with clients during installation and follow up post-project
  
  
• Request referrals testimonials and online reviews
  
  

• Experience in sales interior design or home remodeling (kitchen & bath preferred)
  
  
• Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills
  
  
• Good design eye for color coordination layout and functionality
  
  
• Comfortable using CRM and design/estimating software (2020 ProKitchen or similar a plus)
  
  
• Highly organized self-motivated and able to manage multiple clients independently
  
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
