KPMG KDN is a leading provider in SAP products. We pride ourselves on innovation and efficiency. We are currently seeking a high-energy technically minded Junior SAP Integration Consultant to help bridge our digital landscape and ensure our systems communicate flawlessly.
As a Junior SAP Integration Consultant you will assist in the design development and support of interfaces connecting SAP and non-SAP systems. You will play a vital role in the technical architecture that powers our daily operations working under the mentorship of senior experts to grow your skills in the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface Development: Build and configure integration flows (iFlows) using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration) and SAP PI/PO
- System Monitoring: Proactively monitor message processing identify failures and perform root-cause analysis to ensure high system availability
- Data Transformation: Utilize graphical mapping XSLT and Groovy Script to transform data between different formats (XML JSON Flat Files)
- Collaboration: Work with functional teams (Finance Supply Chain) to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Testing & Quality: Execute unit integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure robust deployments
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical design documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of middleware concepts and protocols such as REST SOAP SFTP and OData
- Coding: Exposure to Java JavaScript or Groovy is highly desirable
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex data flow issues
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn the SAP ecosystem and stay updated on the latest BTP innovations
