DescriptionAs Designer for Oprah Daily your responsibilities will include designing digital assets testing them and optimizing them based on their performance. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of design sophistication an eye for detail and the ability to consistently meet deadlines with inspiring ideas and a great attitude. Responsibilities- Executes artistic design and layout solutions for digital content
- Create mood boards infographics and design elements for digital features.
- Assist in the creation of content for social media platforms
- Create video design as needed
- Contribute art concepts to visual meetings with editors and the art department.
- Work on projects from concept to postproduction making sure designs meet brand standards and deadlines.
Qualifications- You have at least 3+ years of relevant experience.
- You are a master of digital design tools such as Adobe Photoshop Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of Figma and Adobe After Effects is essential.
- Experience with creating gifs and motion graphics a plus along with illustration skills and video experience.
- You possess a keen eye for typography and have experience designing for web and mobile.
- You have a sophisticated visual sense and the ability to keep the visual identity of the brand consistent.
- You are both a self-starter and a team player who can keep up in a fast-paced environment.
The base salary for this role is $40/hr. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors such as: transferable skills work experience business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
