AsaPrimaryCareLocumTenensRecruiteryouwillplayacriticalroleinsourcingandplacingFamilyMedicineInternalMedicinePediatricsphysiciansandAdvancedPracticeProviders(NPs/PAs)AI-drivenrecruitingplatformandprovenprocessestobuildstrongpipelinesnegotiatecompetitiveoffersandensureseamlessonboardingallwhiledeliveringanexceptionalcandidateandclientexperience.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Source&EngageTalent:UseINNOVAsAItoolsjobboardssocialmediaanddirectoutreachtoidentifyandattractPrimaryCarecliniciansforlocumtenensassignments.

  • Screen&Qualify:Conductstructuredinterviewstoassessclinicalexperiencelicensurecertificationsandavailability.

  • Match&Submit:Presentcandidatestoclientswithcompellingprofilesandensuretimelysubmissionsalignedwithclientneeds.

  • CoordinateCredentialing:PartnerwithINNOVAscredentialingteamtoexpeditecomplianceprivileginganddocumentation.

  • Negotiate&Close:Managecompensationdiscussionsandsecureoffersthatalignwithmarketratesandclientbudgets.

  • RelationshipManagement:Buildlong-termrelationshipswithclinicianstodriveredeploymentandreferrals.

  • DataAccuracy:Maintaincleanup-to-daterecordsinATS/CRMandreportonpipelinehealthandKPIs.

QualificationRequired:

  • 2yearsofrecruitingexperience(locumtenensorhealthcarestaffingpreferred).

  • KnowledgeofPrimaryCarerolesandcredentialingrequirements.

  • Strongnegotiationandrelationship-buildingskills.

  • Abilitytothriveinafast-pacedmetrics-drivenenvironment.

  • Preferred:

  • ExperiencewithATS/CRMsystems(BullhornSalesforce).

  • Familiaritywithstatelicensingandhospitalprivilegingprocesses.
