Job Summary

Role: Uipath Support Engineer
Location: India
Shift: Night shift and rotational shifts

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers for escalations issues and
enhancement requests.
Perform hands-on UiPath development including code changes bug fixing
enhancements and change requests.
Utilize UiPath Document Understanding for automating document processing
tasks.
Follow the ITIL framework and support processes ensuring smooth operations.
Work with ticketing tools such as Jira ServiceNow Zoho etc. to manage
incidents and tasks efficiently.
Interpret and work with Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Process Design
Documents (PDD).
Handle team-related responsibilities such as mentoring shift roster preparation
and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
Gather customer requirements provide effort estimation and execute tasks via
enhancement and change management processes.
Provide Level 3/4 support for UiPath automation including incident change and
problem management.
Prepare and share reports such as weekly/monthly status updates and ticket
analysis with stakeholders.
Monitor BOT performance address issues proactively and ensure seamless
operation through code fixes and optimizations.
Mentor junior team members and establish methodologies for effective client
monitoring services.
Engage in automation opportunities process improvements and deliver
impactful results.

Must-Have Skills:
2-4 years of experience in UiPath development and support.
Strong expertise in UiPath Document Understanding and automation
frameworks.
Proficiency in ITIL principles including incident change and problem
management.
Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (Jira ServiceNow Zoho etc.).
Knowledge of SDD and PDD documentation processes.
Experience in reporting and analysis using tools like Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in team handling and mentoring junior team members.
Expertise in shift management and process optimization.
Ability to create automation solutions for manual processes enhancing
efficiency.
Knowledge of monitoring methodologies and best practices.
Strong communication skills and customer management capabilities.
