Anaplan is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborativeQA Engineerto join our Experience Engineering workstream. You will be an essential member of a team dedicated to ensuring our platform delivers a world-class experience in a mobile-first world. We are looking for a passionate advocate for quality who is eager to learn and solve this role you will help define and execute test strategiesidentifyand analyze issues and follow best practices to ensure Anaplan delivers a seamless intuitive and powerful mobile experience to our customers.

Your Impact

• Help enhance the experience for our mobile users byidentifying documenting and tracking defects to ensure our platform is intuitive and accessible on the go.

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand feature requirements provide early feedback and ensure quality is a primary focus throughout the development lifecycle.

• Analyze interesting technical challenges in a mobile environment including UI inconsistencies state management bugs and performance issues.

• Collaborate with developers and senior QA engineers to learn and apply best practices in mobile testing and quality assurance across the organization.

Core Qualifications

• Good problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-quality well-tested systems.

• Experience in testing mobile applications with a strong understanding of both manual and automated testing principles.

• A collaborative mindset andgreat communicationskills with an eagerness to learn from your team members and advocate for the user.

Helpful Experience

• Experience testing applications built withReact Native.

• Familiarity with native mobile development (Swift/Objective-C for iOS or Kotlin/Java for Android).

• Experience with front-end architecture state management libraries (like Redux) and testing responsive UIs for mobile platforms.

• An understanding of the process for deploying apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Familiarity with testing backend services andAPIs;experience with API testing tools is a plus.
