Our Role

At Infinite Care technology helps our teams deliver safe efficient and compassionate support to residents and their families. Due to internal movements we are seeking a new IT Operations Team Lead to join our IT team on a full-time basis in Bundall on the Gold IT Operations Team Lead plays a key role in keeping our IT systems infrastructure and support services running smoothly across the organisation.

To succeed in this role you will have:

A degree or diploma in Information Technology Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of IT systems networks and hardware
Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating a service-focused team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
A customer service mindset with patience and empathy when supporting users
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
The ability to prioritise stay organised and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships
A commitment to secure reliable and high-quality IT service delivery
