At Infinite Care technology helps our teams deliver safe efficient and compassionate support to residents and their families. Due to internal movements we are seeking a new IT Operations Team Lead to join our IT team on a full-time basis in Bundall on the Gold IT Operations Team Lead plays a key role in keeping our IT systems infrastructure and support services running smoothly across the organisation.

Youre a natural problem-solver who understands that strong IT support is about people just as much as technology. You bring a calm solutions-focused approach and take pride in creating a reliable secure and supportive technology environment that helps others do their jobs with confidence.
You enjoy leading a team building positive working relationships and continuously improving the way things are done. With a strong service mindset you balance technical knowledge with clear communication ensuring both systems and people are well supported.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- A degree or diploma in Information Technology Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of IT systems networks and hardware
- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating a service-focused team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- A customer service mindset with patience and empathy when supporting users
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to prioritise stay organised and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships
- A commitment to secure reliable and high-quality IT service delivery
