Job Summary

Trove is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Partnerships & Licensing Specialist to join our marketing team. The Partnerships Manager will work across multiple brandsincluding Owala BlenderBottle Whiskware and Oath Nutritionand will be responsible for supporting strategic partnerships that align with our business
goals. They will work cross-functionally with marketing sales and product teams to execute partnership
initiatives that enhance brand visibility and accelerate growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Product & Marketing Approvals: Manage the product and marketing approvals for all partnerships and licensed products ensuring alignment with brand standards and contractual requirements.
  • Documentation: Organize maintain and archive critical partnership documentation including contract details contact information approvals payment schedules and project files.
  • Project Management: In partnership with creative project managers maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner details timelines deliverables and key milestones to support on-time execution.
  • Relationship Management & Execution: Support the broader partnerships team with new partner outreach follow-ups presentations and onboarding coordination. Help maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure smooth execution and mutual success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teamsincluding marketing sales product development and legalto align partnership initiatives with business objectives and timelines.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry and cultural trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities to enhance our partnership strategy. Support new partner research and ideation by identifying brands creators and licensing opportunities aligned with Troves portfolio and growth goals.

Qualifications :

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years in partnerships business development or marketing preferably within the CPG industry
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills supported by a consumer-first mindset
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp Excel and Canva
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and partnership performance
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work effectively independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to navigate fast-paced priorities while remaining calm and solution-oriented.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
