Software Developer (Remote)

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Software Developer for an exciting Fully Remote opportunity.

Job Description and Responsibilities

Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Acts as team leader on projects. Participates in development of software user manuals. Instructs assigns directs and checks the work of other software developers on the development team.

The position requires excellent customer service skills and technical ability. Experience operating in a Government or Military culture is preferred.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA)

• Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
• Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
• Experience developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models
• Experience using software tools such as Appian Salesforce Nintex etc. with Microsoft SQL Server databases and development environment.
• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.

• Be a positive self-motivated and proactive person with the ability to adapt to change and tolerate stressful situations
• Candidate must communicate effectively with team members team lead management and government customer
• Must have the ability and desire to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems with minimal supervision

Minimum Training Education and Certifications

• Five(5) years relevant experience

• Experience supporting a DoD environment and applying DoD policies and best practices including implementing Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG)
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.

Minimum Clearance

• Must possess Secret clearance (IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance / Tier 3 (T3) background investigation).

Physical Requirements

• Required to operate standard computer and peripheral equipment for extended periods in a remote work environment.
• Required to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers via audio video and electronic communication tools.
• Required to read analyze and interpret information displayed on computer screens and technical documentation.
• Required to perform repetitive hand and finger movements for keyboarding and device use.
