Program Manager (TS with SCI eligibility)

We specialize in providing management and technology consulting services to support the business and technology modernization efforts of the Federal Government. ThinkTek was formed with the specific purpose of providing its clients a tailored solution around Program & Project Management Strategic Planning and IT Operations.
The Program Manager (PM) will serve as the contractors single CDAO EA Program Manager and authorized interface with the AAS Defense COR CDAO TPOC and Government program authorities on all technical and project-related matters. This role is responsible for the overall performance leadership and execution of the Task Order (TO).
Serve as the primary point of contact and authorized interface between the contractor and Government stakeholders
Act as the overall lead manager and administrator for the Task Order
Provide full lifecycle program management ensuring successful TO performance across scope schedule cost and quality
Direct and coordinate cross-competency teams including contractor personnel across multiple locations
Provide management direction administration quality assurance and leadership for all TO activities
Regularly brief Government and senior leadership on program status risks milestones and deliverables
Oversee contractor personnel operations by developing procedures and directing execution of contractual and technical efforts
Plan direct and manage multi-disciplinary engineering programming maintenance and administrative support activities
Monitor performance and progress ensuring timely reporting and issue resolution
Manage acquisition and allocation of project resources
Control financial and administrative aspects of the program to ensure compliance and efficiency
Bachelors degree plus 5 years of relevant experience
PMP certification (required)
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
Demonstrated experience managing large complex programs in a federal environment
Proven ability to lead distributed teams across multiple locations
Strong stakeholder engagement briefing and communication skills
MBA or MBM
Experience supporting DoD or intelligence community programs
Prior experience serving as a single accountable PM for enterprise-level efforts
