Position Overview
The Senior BCBA provides clinical oversight supervision and program development while maintaining abalanced high-quality caseload. This role plays a key part inclinical excellence staff development and program consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBAs in training
- Provide clinical guidance to ensure ethical evidence-based care
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust programs as needed
- Collaborate with families caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
- Support training onboarding and clinical best practices
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
- ActiveBCBA certification(required)
- Eligible for licensure and practice inTexas
- 3 years experienced preferred
- Experience supervising RBTs and/or junior clinicians
- Strong leadership communication and clinical judgment skills
