POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the full Marketing team by ensuring the smooth execution of corporate and field marketing activities. This position manages a wide range of operational administrative and digital responsibilities that keep key marketing processes running efficiently and consistently across theteam. TheMarketingCoordinatormaintainsthe flow ofaccurateproperty information executes recurring reporting and project-based tasks and upholds the quality ofour portfoliosonline presence throughaccuratebusiness listings internet listing services (ILS)social mediachannelsand reputation management platform.

Essential Functions Statement(s):
Supports the activities of thecorporate andfield marketingteamsby executing a set of pre-determined reports activities and processes
Assuresproperty information integrity bymaintainingcurrentaccurate and up-to-date property data across all communications channelsusing internal ticketing system to support Field Marketing Managerswith property requests
Manages and executes the credit card billing for property supportand formarketing property/corporatebilling with Field Marketing managersas needed
Manages the entire programand partners with Field Marketing managers for Property Management trainingas needed. Managesallbusiness listings; creation management and optimization;MonitorsallpropertyGooglereviewsand works with Regionals and Community managers to respond within established timeline
ManagesInternet Listing Services (ILSs); Turning on/off features as needed contract oversight measure performanceand leads communication with ILS contacts
CreatesProperty social media profiles (includingMetaInstagramand other channels as needed).
Supports and responds to other review platforms like Yelp andBetter Business Bureau
Supports Field Marketing team withdigital advertising ideation as needed for property campaigns
Maintains departmental reports as needed
Provides administrative andsupportactivityin special projects milestone eventsand initiatives asidentified.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is.
Additionalcollegecoursework in MarketingProject ManagementCommunicationsorProperty Management Field Experienceis preferred.
Experience:1-3 years experience in Marketing Project Management Property Management
In addition to the education outlined above experience in the related fieldsor PropertyManagement experienceis preferred.
Technical Skills:Strong project management and writing skills.Demonstrated ability to manageExcelspreadsheets WorddocumentsandPowerPointpresentationsandknowledge of or other project management toolsis appreciated.Strong writing skills.
Familiarity withdigital advertising platforms like Google Ads Google Analyticsor social media platforms like Meta TikTok or other emerging social platformsor digital tools
WORKENVIRONMENT
A hyrbid office environment in a controlled atmosphere building.
This is an hourly position offering an annualized pay range of $58000$65000 depending on experience.
