Normal Work Schedule:Tuesday - Saturday 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Job Summary:The Custodian performs routine manual work in housekeeping and cleaning of interior spaces and immediate exterior areas. Sweeps mops vacuums polishes and dusts furniture and cleans restrooms windows blinds mirrors buildings across campus.
Additional Department Summary:Provides housekeeping tasks for assigned areas within UREC Facilities. Cleaning of all interior spaces of assigned UREC Facilities as well as immediate exterior areas.
Responsible for completing required training and promoting a safe hospitable and respectful workplace.
Required Minimum Qualifications:Must be able to read write and follow verbal and written instructions.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. drivers license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.

Preferred Qualifications:High School Degree or GED
