Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Associate will support Evotecs global marketing team in executing digital campaigns managing content across platforms and optimizing online presence. This entry-level role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about life sciences and digital marketing eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Content & Social Media

  • Assist in creating and publishing content for Evotecs website LinkedIn and other social channels.

  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in line with brand guidelines.

• Campaign Support

  • Help set up and track email marketing campaigns webinars and paid ads.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for timely execution.

• Analytics & Reporting

  • Collect and analyze performance data (website traffic social engagement campaign metrics).

  • Prepare monthly dashboards and suggest improvements.

• SEO & Website Maintenance

  • Support SEO optimization efforts (keywords meta descriptions).

  • Update website content and ensure accuracy.

• Marketing Tools & Automation

  • Learn and assist with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot Salesforce).

  • Maintain contact lists and ensure GDPR compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Life Sciences or a related field

• Initial hands-on experience in digital marketing (e.g. internships student projects)

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms SEO fundamentals and analytics tools such as Google Analytics

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Interest in the life sciences industry and willingness to learn scientific concepts

• Detail-oriented organized and comfortable working with data

• Creative mindset combined with a proactive learning-oriented attitude

• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment
