Collaborate with colleagues and partners to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues
Help simplify and streamline processes to improve the enduser and operational experience
Support senior analysts byidentifyingand escalating technical or design challenges related to solution configuration or integration withexisting frameworks and environments
Implement and support automation configuration changesand platform updates across managed devices
Participate in design and ideation sessions to strengthen the product and contribute to continuous improvement
Perform configuration and testing activities to ensure high-quality reliable technology solutions
Monitor industry trendstoolsand techniques tomatch opportunities with business needs
Work with product team and architects to plan technology evolutionacquisitionand continuous improvement

Requiredqualifications:
Minimumfour years of related experience (oranequivalent combination of education and experience)

Proven ability to perform assessments of complex technical solutions toidentifyissues and resolve incidents
Extensive knowledge of computer programming systems analysis design concepts developmentmethodologiesand industry trends
