To strengthen the commercial team we are looking for an Internal Sales Assistant in Liège Belgium.
Within this responsible and versatile function you are the first point of contact for customers. The current team consists of 5 sales employees and 2 managers.
As Internal Sales Assistant you work closely with the Area Sales Managers and support them in their commercial tasks. You have a proactive attitude and see commercial opportunities with existing and new customers. From the office you act as a booster for the sales force.
What you will do :
As a Internal Sales Assistant you will :
- Take care of elaborating offers coding and following up orders until their invoicing in close cooperation with the Sales Team.
- Follow-up of the order status and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Support the Area Sales Managers and colleagues in the back office.

Skills Requested
- Bachelors degree in commercial studies or relevant field
- From 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience within a project-driven organization (interaction with multiple stakeholders)
- Demonstrably commercially driven
- Interest in topics such as IoT or related technical solutions
- Good command of Dutch French and English.
- Good communication skills assertively and good self-confidence
- Punctual and energetic.
