About Capital Investments

CI oversees investments outside the life sciences sector including listed equities credits & bonds private equity& venture capitalfundsand real a team of20investment professionals CI plays a pivotal role in managing approximately50%of Novo Holdings investable assets and is poised for significant growth in the years to come.

The Junior Analyst dedicated to the Public Equity & Credit team will gain exposure to fundamental analysis acrossour concentratedequity and creditstrategies.

The Junior Analystdedicated tothe Real Assets investment team will gain hands-on experiencewithall investment typesincluding funds co-investments and direct investments acrossreal estate infrastructure and the green transition.

The Junior Analyst dedicated to thePE&VCteam will gain exposure to manager selection withintheprivate equity and venture capital landscape and further support the team with select co-investments.

TheRole

As a Junior Analyst you willcontribute to investment analyses and portfolio managementacross the portfolio. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting commercial and financial analysis

• Collecting structuringanalysingand presenting informationto form the foundation forpotential investments in companies and investmentmanagers

• Assistin monitoring existing investments and industries

Together with3-4other Junior Analysts you will joinastrongteamofinvestment professionalswithexperience fromleading investment part of your learning and development you will receive continuous feedback and engage in sparring withthe team.

The workload will be approximately 20 hours a week with flexibility in relation to your studies.

Qualifications

We areideallylooking for candidateswho:

• Areon the 3rdyear of a bachelors degree (HA Almen International Business Economics or equivalent)and plan to enrol in amastersprogramwithin finance and/or strategy (FIR FSMFIN OECONAEF Economics or equivalent)

• Haveachieved excellent academic results andarerankedtoptheirclass

• Possess strong verbal and written skills in English

• Haveexperience with the MS Office package especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Havea passion for investments andaremotived to learn about the different asset classes
