Qualifications :
- 6-month to 1 year full-time working experience with Investment Banking (front desk) Private Equity transaction team in the big 4 or similar environment
- Familiar with various financial models and valuation methods
- Excellent excel skills and be capable to build complicated formulas/models
- Synthetic skills to conduct market and competitor analyses
- Ability to produce accurate and impactful presentation materials (mostly with PowerPoint)
- Detail oriented in particular for numbers and presentations
- Comfortable with multi-tasking intense work pace and tight deadlines
- Previous knowledge/experience in hospitality (or real estate) related industry is preferred but not required
- UK eligible working visa is largely preferred
