Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Class 1 Light Roamer Driver out of our Grande Prairie AB terminal. This position covers driver vacancies across our network as a pick-up and delivery driver.
You will be booked in 1-week intervals as required and can be away for 1 to 3 weeks.
When you are roaming in another area we will cover the cost of the hotel and pay a meal allowance. You will be paid for approved weekend travel to your assignments and submit mileage if youre using your vehicle.
Qualifications :
- Valid Class 1 Drivers License
- Flexibility to work varying schedules and routes
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Mountain qualified (will train the right candidate)
- Ability to work independently and remain focused during long drives
- Provide Criminal record
- A clean 5 year Drivers abstract
