Distribution Associate I Picking

• Pick and pack customer orders lifting up to 40lbs                                                              
• Pick/pack orders on a rotational schedule in adherence to customer specification
• Ensure on-time/fill rate of customer orders to meet individual and team objectives.
• Accurate data entry third party system
• Report inventory discrepancies to the Supervisor
• Follow distribution procedures on damaged stock.
• Follow maintenance and housekeeping procedures
• Adhere to all company health and safety rules
• Cross train in other areas

Qualifications :

• Forklift License - i.e. Order Picker/Bay Lifter Reach Truck Counter Balance
• 2-3 years related distribution experience RF Experience is a must
• Computer knowledge i.e. Microsoft office (Word Excel and Outlook)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Capable to lift up to 40 lbs
• Grade 12 diploma
• SAP experience is an asset

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is : $41600 CAD.  In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
