Job Summary
Due to an internal promotion we are looking for the right person to join the team- someone who can move with the changing business and grow & develop with us as the hotel welcomes our corporate & leisure guests.
What you will be doing:
- Consistently offering exceptional friendly and engaging service
- Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
- Book room reservation requests enter rooming lists and update accurate information in the system
Qualifications :
- Guest focused personality is essential
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Australian working rights
This is a part-time 3 days in a week role. Availability on Saturday is required and there is flexibility around rest of the two week days.
