Field Service Technician (Region North West Brussels)

As a Field Service Technician at JDE you are part of our technical team passionate about our product (coffee) technology and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a technical specialist you are the face of our company at the customer site ensuring highquality technical service: you perform preventive maintenance on coffee machines and act immediately when a malfunction is reported by the customer. You mainly work in the North - West Brussels region but you are also flexible to occasionally support colleagues in other regions or to be present at our office.

Your key responsibilities:

• You resolve technical issues for customers on our advanced coffee machines following the Field Service planning.
• You arrive on time and always work according to applicable safety regulations.
• You carry out repairs and interventions professionally and with a customerfocused mindset with strong attention to quality.
• You work across different domains: software electrical and mechanical.
• You visit customers with newly installed machines to provide instructions and adjust settings.
• You perform preventive and occasional maintenance.
• You support installations or removals in exceptional cases.
• You represent our company at the customer site and ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications :

• A2 diploma in Electronics or Electricity.
• Experience is an asset but motivated starters are welcome.
• Technically strong and customeroriented.
• Analytical and solutionoriented.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and French.
• Independent stressresistant and wellorganized.
• Holder of a Category B driving license and willing to obtain a BA4 certificate.
• Flexible for occasional evening or weekend service.
• Preferably residing in the Brussels region.
