We are seeking a motivated high-energy Junior Business Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our Intercompany Sales Excellence team. This role is designed for a professional ready to take the next step in their sales career transitioning from lead generation into full-cycle business development. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities building relationships with potential clients and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and partnership building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Generation: Identify research and map out prospective clients via incoming emails cold calling and personalized email outreach.
- Outreach & Engagement: Manage a high volume of outbound activities to qualified leads pitching our solutions and booking discovery meetings.
- Client Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect pain points budget and purchasing authority mapping them to our solutions.
- Sales Process Management: Navigate the early stages of the sales cycle leverage global network of capabilities to provide solutions to clients maintaining accurate up-to-date records in our CRM Scoro.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing to refine outreach messaging and work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities.
- Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for meetings booked qualified opportunities and revenue closed.
Qualifications :
- Experience: 24 years of experience in business development sales development or account management (ideally in B2B tech or professional services).
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone and email.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Mindset: A proactive hunter mentality with the resilience to handle rejection and the curiosity to learn new industries.
