DescriptionThe Payments Rotational Analyst Program is a two-year developmental program that offers rotations across different business areas and functions within Payments at JP Morgan Chase.
Analysts work on high-priority initiatives receive mentorship and networking opportunities and are continually being assessed assuring the Analyst is gaining a well-rounded skillset that is specific to Payments.
We are looking for candidates to join our Brazil Payments Analyst Rotational Program 2026 Class to work within different areas of Payments and go through the following Rotational Analyst Experience:
Rotational Program Pillars:
- Product Development: Contribute to the product development lifecycle idea generation documentation technology buildout and commercialization.
- Client Mindset: Understanding client needs and objectives in detail.
- Value: Understand our strategy economics of revenue growth what is commercially viable how do we measure success and how do we analyze data to understand the big picture framework.
- Extra-Curriculars: Engaging and productively contributing to JPMorgan & wider community through initiatives and programs available.
- Controls:Appreciate and demonstrate the importance of the control and governance environment and agenda - identify risks and mitigants with an end-to-end control framework.
- Market Trends:Identify and analyze emerging trends in the market / economic environment and how that impacts how we do business.
Job-Rotations:
- We are committed to developing future leaders through our Payments Rotational Analyst Program which offers a comprehensive learning experience across various business functions and job-rotations.
- Rotational Analysts will have 3 different rotations of 8 months each (2 years in total).
- Each analyst will have a different rotational roadmap based on business needs skills and diversification of experiences.
- Upon completing the two-year rotational program and based on each individuals performance during the program the rotational analyst may qualify to be considered for an Associate position within the Payments division.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Bachelors degree with a strong Business Administration & Finance background or are a recent graduate within the last two years.
- Basic understanding of MS Word Access Excel and PowerPoint are second nature.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive Creative and eager to learn with a strong desire to build a career in Payments.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA-20 Certification desirable.
- Fluent English.
- Availability to work in-person at the São Paulo office.
Timeline & details:
- Applications accepted from Feb 5 to Feb 27 2026 for internal and external candidates.
- Interviews and selection process in March.
- Start date in April 2026.
