Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW LMSW LMFT LPC or LPCC)

Compensation: Part-time up to $30/hr / Full-time up to $61000 annually; paid bi-weekly

A Licensed Mental Health Therapist with the Lilac Center provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals couples and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload delivering evidence-based care and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Licensed Therapist Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate or co-facilitate individual and group sessions teaching DBT skills in our Intensive Outpatient Program
• Provide individual family and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintain an active caseload of approximately26 clients per week; a minimum of 15 clients per week required
• Participate in clinical consultation supervision or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards licensing requirements and company policies

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Part-time up to $30/hr / Full-time up to $61000 annually; paid bi-weekly (details below)
  • Salary Model
    • Provisionally licensed: Salary $53-58K
    • Clinically licensed: Salary $58-61K
    • Plus additional pay for evening hours
  • Per Clinical Hour Model:
    • Provisionally licensed: $25-$30
    • Clinically licensed: $30-$40
    • Plus additional pay for evening hours

Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications

• Active unrestricted license: LCSW LMSW LMFT LPC or LPCC in Kansas and/or Missouri
• Masters degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g. CBT DBT EMDR ACT)
• Possess or be willing to learn DBT therapy
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (adolescents trauma couples etc.)
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
  
  

Licensed Therapist Preferred Qualifications

• Preference for DBT therapy knowledge with training available for the right candidate.
