Job Summary
Corona Nissan is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to work evening shifts during the week and weekend. You are the first face our guests see when they walk in our front doors. We are looking for a friendly helpful and dependable new employee to add to our team. As a Receptionist we provide exceptional customer service for all walk-ins on the showroom floor and all calls we receive over the phone. It is our duty to answer all inbound calls in a professional customer-friendly manner and transfer all calls to the correct party or department in a timely manner. We are the first person our guests speak with and we play a big role in transitioning our guests to our Sales team or other departments. This is an entry-level position that is part-time with the ability to learn more.
Answers all calls in accordance with company policies using the company approved greeting in a friendly and professional manner
- Responds quickly and accurately to incoming telephone calls by transferring to the correct party
- Greets and directs guests to the correct individual and notifies the appropriate person that their guest has arrived
- Answers basic customer inquiries and refers more complex inquires to the appropriate person
- Gain knowledge of services other departments offer to assist our guests
- Must have great customer service skills and capabilities to work with our guests and team members
- Time management communication and multitasking skills are a must
- Ability to work closely with Management team Sales team Service team and Accounting office

Experience:
