Job Summary

Job Title: HVAC Technicians (Multiple Openings) 80% Commercial / 20% Residential
Type: Full-Time Contract-to-Hire

About the Role:
We are looking for multiple skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team. This role focuses primarily on commercial HVAC work (80%) with some residential tasks (20%). Technicians will install maintain and repair HVAC systems ensuring safety quality and efficiency on every job.

Key Responsibilities:

Install maintain and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot heating cooling and ventilation issues
Use standard HVAC tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Manage time effectively to complete assigned jobs on schedule
Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with clients
Maintain accurate work records and documentation

Requirements:

Universal EPA Certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license
Knowledge of HVAC methods tools and equipment
Strong time management organization communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
