As a Principal Industrial Specialist you must possess excellent writing verbal organizational and customer service skills. You must be a Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision. You also must have the ability to develop solutions for issues of moderate complexity and scope.

What You Will Do

Day-to-day management of closed area construction projects working closely with Raytheon Facility Project Managers and other internal stakeholders as well as government agencies.
Ensuring closed area construction is compliant with applicable standards.
Conducting assessments of existing space to determine security vulnerabilities assisting in the design of modifications to ensure compliance and providing other site security management responsibilities.
Creating physical assessment documents compliance documents photographic records of construction progress and final accreditation packages.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to climb ladders
Must possess a valid drivers license
Willing to travel on company business

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalentexperience and minimum 5 years priorrelevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field andminimum 3 years experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word Visio and Power Point)

Qualifications We Prefer

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word Visio and Power Point) and other web-based computer programs
Knowledge of ICD/ICS 705 processes and construction standards
Knowledge of NISPOM processes and construction standards
Knowledge of building construction materials standards and practices

The salary range for this role is 86800 USD - 165200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
