Job Summary

Were looking for a tech-savvy leader to helm our clients Low-Code competency. Youll build manage and inspire a high-performing team of OutSystems developers reporting to the Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Evangelism

Scale the OutSystems team through strategic recruitment and technical assessments
Represent the company in the tech community to attract top talent
Mentor team members and define technical career paths
Foster a collaborative innovative environment

Technical Quality & Ops

Set and maintain high standards for OutSystems development and architecture
Provide technical escalation and solutions for complex issues
Optimize processes and monitor application health
Drive performance reviews and feedback

Stakeholder Influence & Resource Management

Influence technical decisions and build consensus
Manage resource allocation across projects
Identify technical risks and suggest innovative solutions

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
5 years of experience leading Application Management or Software Development teams
Proven OutSystems expertise and Low-Code patterns
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Agile methodology proficiency
Ability to thrive in complex environments
